This one is a bit different from my usual video’s. No story or narrative, just me making four small home altars for my wife and offspring. I am not a Buddhist or any other -ist or -ian, but I do believe in intention. This tiny altar reminds me to take a moment to reflect on things and most of all to remember the people who I have lost. So in this Episode I am making a Japanese inspired home altar for my family. A quick, easy and cheap DIY woodworking gift. It’s not hard at all, and it can be done with just a few hand tools. A saw, a hammer, some woodglue, sandpaper and some nails is all you need.
