Linnaeus’ Aeroplane

He was being mocked by anyone who heard of his plan. Laughed at, even scolded. A man with a dream, too big for his class. Flying? That’s for birds, not for an ordinary man.

Linnaeus was working day and night – in the utmost secret – on his dream: a flying machine. After many failed attempts, a few broken bones and 15 years later he was flying, like a bird through the clouds. On his way to a new life, a better life. Free.
